If iBeacon is the input, what is the output?

It seems like beacons are an input trigger into the new world of convergence between the digital and physical realms.  If that’s the case what is the output?  That’s where wearables come in.

There are some interesting developments with more fashionable twists on the wearable device.  We seem to be evolving from geek-ware to something more stylish.

Checkout the Beacon and Lively’s Kickstarter project they are developing a stylish bracelet that pulses, changes color  and vibrates according to the alert in question.  Those alerts could be emails from friends or something triggered in the real world by a beacon.
